Another Broken Egg Cafe Lakewood Ranch

We had company in town so we decided to try a new place for breakfast. We went to the Lakewood Ranch location. We arrived about 10 am, were seated right away (I made a Resy we drove there.) and greeted pretty quickly after that. There is outside dining as well as inside. I had the cinnamon roll French toast, my husband had the traditional breakfast and my brother in law had the bacon lovers BLTA. We were all happy with our selections. The service was very good.

We had a great experience dining here for breakfast over the weekend. We didn’t have to wait for a table, which was surprising. We were seated and greeted by our waitress immediately. Drinks were brought over, and we ordered an apple fritter French toast and the Broken Egg biscuit sandwich. The food was fairly quick for how much busier it got while we waited. Both of the orders were delicious. The apple fritter was very sweet, while the biscuit sandwich was large and crispy. We did order for the gravy on the side and instead had it with honey mustard. In general, the service was excellent and we had a great breakfast. We will definitely be back again!

Annie is genuinely the best server we have ever had! We have gone to Another Broken Egg routinely for the past 3.5 years - since we moved to LWR. The food is AMAZING!!! Teddy makes fabulous tasty drinks. On weekend mornings, my hubby and I are like, let’s go see Annie - brings joy and sunshine to our day!!

Awesome breakfast at Another Broken Egg this morning! The Bourbon Street Pancakes were absolutely delicious! My husband had the Belgian Waffle with scrambled eggs and sausage! So yummy! Melissa is one of the best servers and made sure everything was perfect and our coffee cups stayed full! General Manager Nick Alvarez stopped by to make sure everything was great! One of our favorite breakfast spots...never disappoints!

Update: we've been coming weekly at this point. We've also brought several other people to try it and they've all loved it. We are exploring the menu and trying new dishes all the time and this place is just hands-down winning. Their brunch jambalaya is SOOOOO good. I don't know how they keep the shrimp so well cooked (not overdone) and have such a balance of flavors. They seem to be the only place that knows how to consistently cook a proper poached egg - they're perfect every time. We had a bad experience at another breakfast place nearby, even after remaking it, it was actually inedible, and my husband insisted on us coming back here (even though he ate at the other restaurant) so I could have a good breakfast - and they did not disappoint! I don't like grits - but the City Grits at Another Broken Egg are INCREDIBLE. We ask for Annie's section and she is one of the best servers around anywhere. ---------- Annie was our server and was amazing. She brought us beneigts because it was our first time which was so sweet. She went over the menu with us. The food came out quickly and was delicious! My son had the lobster benedict and I had the crab cake benedict. The crab cakes were amazing. The English muffin was dry and hard but I enjoyed the benedict without it. The poached eggs were cooked PERFECTLY, which seems to be an impossible task for most restaurants anymore. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and the atmosphere was great. I had the salted caramel iced coffee and it was so good. My fiance had the supreme omelet, which they happily swapped the sausage for avocado and was good. The cheese was on top of the omelet, which was a little odd, and he didn't love his omelet like my son and I loved our food, but we cannot wait to go back and try everything else on the menu! We will ask for Annie for sure, and I'm tempted to go back tomorrow.

My wife and I walked over to this spot from The Fairfield Inn and Suites next door, and we were able to get seated immediately around noon with no problem. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the ingredients in our meals and made sure to check with us regarding any potential allergen issues. My wife got the Sonoma Club Sandwich and I got a stack of Lemon Blueberry Goat Cheese pancakes w. Eggs and Chicken Sausage. Not only was the meal delicious, but it was one of those rare occasions where the food came out looking BETTER than the photos on the menu. You can literally see the bits of lemon zest sitting on top of the whipped cream they put on my pancakes. They have outdoor/pet friendly seating, and fans under their shade awnings to keep it nice and breezy while you eat. My wife has an extended stay in the area and said she was looking forward to eating her way through some of the other items on the menu, especially when she's in need of a beignet fix. I'm glad when you try out a new place on a whim and it ends up being as good as you guys were yesterday, appreciate y'all.
